• Was born in 1956 in Nakhram village of Babak district of Nakhchivan AR.
• In 1976-1981 he studied at the journalism faculty of Baku State University.
• Working at BSU since 2005.

• In 2004 he defended his thesis on "Azerbaijanism in Jalil Mammadguluzade's creativity".
