Rector Abel Maharramov honored with certificate of International Universities Council

Rector of the Baku State University Abel Maharramov has been awarded a certificate of the seminar on “National values, Concepts, Beliefs and Cultures in Higher Education within internetionalization” organized by the International Universities Council in Ankara, Turkey. He received this award for accomplishments in science and education.
